Our Simplified Complaint process allows you to complain about a Solicitor quickly, easily and without the need to contact the Solicitor during the process, we will act for you and compile your complaint, negotiate the settlement and keep you advise as to progress, our aim is to ensure that your compensation is received quickly and without you suffering further stress, anxiety and financial loss.
We represent you in the initial 28 day Solicitor stage of the process and also during any SLCC process. The SLCC cannot assist you in the first part of your claim during the 28 day period.
Making a Complaint against a Solicitor is simple and easy, we will assist you with the drafting of your Complaint and will forward your Complaint to the Solicitor. By Law a Solicitor must be given 28 days to make a reply to your Complaint, they may accept your Complaint and offer a settlement or they forward documentation to us to support their position. If we cannot resolve the complaint with the Solicitor, to your satisfaction, we will proceed to collect all of your evidence, and send it to the SLCC for investigation. They will commence the investigation of the Complaint and communicate with ourselves as to the progress of your complaint. We will update you and ensure that your Complaint is processed quickly and without delay.

As soon as you have completed your Complaint Form, we will send you a confirmation, showing that we have received your Complaint. We will then review your Complaint and request the information we will need to support your Claim. When we receive receive the emails from the Solicitor we will, after consulation with you, redeaft the Complaint to cover service or Conduct issues which have arrisen as a result of the documentation
Our Service to you is without financial risk, we will not charge you if your Complaint fails. If you are upset by the poor service or actions of a Solicitor, you probably have a valid claim for compensation.
